Q: Why won’t pictures show up when I try to place them into a new album? I get a critical error message as well.
A: You have to create the new album before you upload images into it. To create a new album, click new next to the album name section. Type the name of the album and add a description. Next, click the update button. You should now see the album name in the dropdown menu. Select the album name and then upload pictures into the album.
