Fall Trip Nov 2-4

Planning an easy week-end trip on Kinzua Dam (NW Pennsylvania). ~2 hr. paddle to campsite Friday afternoon. Day paddle around the lake, hike a trail, or just laze around camp Saturday. Arise whenever Sunday, break camp and paddle back. Small group so far (3 for sures, 1 "I'd like to if...", 1 "I'll think about it"). If you're in the area and got the urge, feel free to join us.

Better to be up the creek without a paddle than to not be on the creek at all.

Just 45 minutes more and we'll be on the road (wahoo!). Forecast is no rain, hi in low 50's and low in mid 30's. Last night is got down to 26 and at 7am it was only 29. My large (and I mean BIG) dry bag is full! Looking at my gear in the back of the truck, one would think I'm headed for a week trek in the back country. Better safe than sorry. Everyone have a great week-end. I KNOW I will. Jon
